For coming right out and saying there's a civil war in Iraq

The other day, the perceptive and daring Hosni Mubarak came right out and said what everybody in the world knows, except George and the suddenly united officals in Iraq who just can’t seem to get their act together.

And what were they unified about? Turning up the heat on Hosni for stating the obvious.

You have to hand it to him for jumping into the pot of boiling oil.

While it incensed the feuding natives in Iraq, it may also have moved them just a tad toward the realization that it’s way past time for them to give the people who elected them the government they deserve, so they can begin to heal their increasingly divisive and incendiary nation.

Let’s hope they can get it done while we’re still generous enough to call their fractious puzzle of a nation a nation.
