Saddam Hussein Drops Out The Hard Way
Well, Saddam Hussein has dropped out and gone to Gomorra forevermora.
Tyrants just don’t seem to get it. You can only kill so many people without somebody insisting that you join them.
You can argue the pros and cons of capital punishment. But when Saddam was on the rope, we understand that millions of his dead victims popped out of the sand and danced in the streets.
He was not only responsible for the premature departure of about two million people before the invasion. His intolerable behavior precipitated the death and destruction that have occurred since then.
Had he been even a halfway harmless ruler, he would still be in power, instead of down and out for the count.
